iHOP How to Apply
All applicants must complete a Letter of Intent by September 9, 2010. Letters of Intent must be filled out online. An expert panel will review all Letters of Intent. Only those INVITED to submit a full proposal may submit a full proposal. Full proposals are due October 28, 2010.
